*Items are packed with great care to ensure no damage during shipping
*Ice packs will be included during the summer months at no charge
*In most cases treats will be shipped Mon-Wed to avoid packages sitting over the weekend
*Treats are shipped via USPS Priority and Fedex Express services
*Tracking will be provided once the item has been shipped

**Please make sure someone will be at the shipping destination to receive the package. I cannot be held responsible for packages left out in the sun/heat all day. I do my best with precautionary measures, but once the package is shipped, it is out of my hands. This also applies to delivery delays beyond my control.

My event is a few months from now, when should I order?
Whenever you are ready, I welcome early orders! My listings actually allow you to purchase treats for a later date. Choose the month and day desired and your treats will show up fresh that week! It's kinda magical ;)
Are you able to do last minute orders?
Most of the time I can take on a couple of last minute orders per week. I will try my hardest to make it happen. Please just contact me before placing your order if you need them the same week. 2-Day or Overnight shipping may be necessary.
What is the shelf life on your treats?
Each treat varies and depends on how you are storing them. All of our treats can be placed in the freezer or fridge to preserve their shelf life. Once you receive your treats, I would suggest consuming them within the following amount of days. This is just a guideline. Treats may be fresh for longer or shorter depending.
Cake pops- 2-3 days or freeze immediately
Pretzels- 3 weeks+
Oreos- 3 weeks+
Marshmallows- 3 weeks+
Pie pops- 2 days or freeze immediately
Apples- 1 week
Rice Crispy treats- 1 week+
What if my package arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged due to negligence of the shipping company, please contact me immediately to start a claim (Pictures must be provided).
SEVERE WEATHER DELAYS
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery of all shipments, Treats by Taryn is not responsible for delivery delays, damages or non-delivery caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions, natural disasters or other acts of god.
P.O. BOX
Due to the perishable nature of our sweet treats, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. If a P.O. Box is provided at checkout, your order will be put on hold while one of our customer service representatives reaches out to you for a physical street address
